Over the past year or so, i have become keen on the idea of developing an old commercial building into a residential building.....
while this is a pipe dream... its better to start thinking about the type of properties that are available in the current market and also which properties lend them self's to redevelopment.
This Property is currently 'to let' but would become a very nice project for somebody who was looking to take on a project of this type + have the CASH to do so.......
